Pass the OCS (passtheocs.com) is run by Nolan Daniels, DPT, PT, OCS, in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account or buy an exam.
  • Exam activity: your answers, scores and saved results, so you can review past attempts and retake exams.
  • Purchase details: what you bought, when, and the email used at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Email list: your email address if you subscribe to free monthly questions.
  • Messages: your name, email and message if you contact us through the site.
  • Basic usage data: pages visited, browser type and similar information collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running and measure traffic.

How we use it

  • To create your account and give you access to the exams you bought.
  • To send account emails, like your welcome email, password links and upgrade offers for exams you own.
  • To send monthly practice questions if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To answer your questions and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We only share it with the services that run the site:

  • WordPress.com (Automattic): hosts the site, accounts and email list.
  • Stripe: processes payments.
  • Brevo: delivers our emails, like your welcome email, password links and results.

We may also share information if required by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep you logged in and to measure basic traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to log in to your exams without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and results while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us.

Who this site is for

Pass the OCS is for licensed physical therapists and is not directed to anyone under 18.
