About

Why I built Pass the OCS

I built Pass the OCS because most prep questions test whether you memorized a number. The real exam hands you a patient and asks what you would actually do.

So every question here starts with a clinical picture and one deliberate trap, the kind of detail that pulls you toward the wrong answer in the clinic too. Answers follow current CPGs and research, and nothing hinges on a value one point off a cutoff.

The explanations are the part I care about most. For every question you see why the right answer is right, why each wrong answer is wrong, and where to read more.
